Returns/Exchanges
You can choose to return/exchange items in the following situations after receiving the products,
1. Damaged.
2. The product is not complied with description in advertising.
3. Wrong item or the product is incomplete.
4. Defective item/wrong item received/not received.
You can return/exchange within 7 days after receiving the product.
Conditions for returns/exchanges
Returns/exchanges must meet the following conditions:
1.Returned or replaced goods and their packaging must be intact;
2.The original packaging returned or replaced must not be bound. Due to the binding or any items that will damage the original packaging, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can change or return an item online after the item status changes (the status will change within 24 hours after you receive the product).
Notes
1. Exchange product for reasons from customers, such as inappropriate size / color. The customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
2. Be sure to take a photo of the product you want to return as proof . The photo is very important for replacing defective or damaged products. If a problem occurs during the replacement process, keep it as evidence.
You can contact our customer service within the specified time and we will reply you as soon as possible.
If you do not notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, we reserve the right to change the status of the product.
